1. Important Notice About QR Codes

QR codes can be misused to redirect users to harmful or misleading content.

QR Breeze provides the technology only and does not control third-party destinations.

2. User Responsibility

By using QR Breeze, you agree that:

  • You will not create QR codes that deceive, impersonate, or mislead users
  • You will not use QR codes for phishing, scams, malware, or fraud
  • You are solely responsible for all destinations linked through your QR codes

3. Monitoring & Enforcement

To protect users and the public, QR Breeze may:

  • Automatically pause QR codes that exceed usage limits
  • Suspend QR codes reported as abusive or malicious
  • Disable accounts involved in repeated or severe abuse
  • Remove access without prior notice if required for safety

4. Reporting Abuse

Anyone may report a QR code suspected of abuse or phishing by contacting:

Reports may include:

  • The QR destination URL
  • Screenshot or description
  • Reason for concern

5. No Endorsement

QR Breeze does not endorse, verify, or guarantee:

  • QR destinations
  • External websites
  • Offers, forms, or downloads accessed via QR codes

Scanning a QR code is done at the user’s own discretion and risk.

6. Cooperation With Authorities

Where required by law, QR Breeze may cooperate with law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
